Description:SCOPE:Candidate will be responsible for the controls programming, troubleshooting, and debugging of their body assembly line. These aspects of the body shop assembly line are on the client's manufacturing floor and they are to be run/commissioned to ensure they work correctly, and then they will then be broken down and installed at their client, E&E in Tennessee.The candidate will be working in Warren from Oct-Dec to ensure everything works correctly, so start up, commission, debug, and ensure all the issues are worked out if there are any. In December they will start to tear down the various aspects of the body shop line and then ship to E&E (customer) plant in Tennessee. During Jan-March they will be there to install and provide production support.HOURS:40-50 hours per week when working in Warren for build/commissioning. 40-65 hours when onsite doing install at E&E in Tennessee.TRAVEL:Little to no travel during Oct-Dec. Come January they will be down in Tennessee working to install the robots for the body assembly line. Will be able to come back to MI every 2-3 weeks when in TN for install. May have the opportunity to come home every other weekend, depending on how the installation is going.
