Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project site security and compliance with safety procedures in line with OSHA and company guidelines.
- Support the Project Superintendent in documenting and implementing best management practices and any changes.
- Participate in preconstruction and project startup activities.
- Assist the Project Superintendent and Project Manager with verifying installations, scheduling manpower and materials, and ensuring timely arrivals to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements.
- Provide daily reporting and documentation of project activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet service commitments.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability in handling changing work environments, managing competing demands, and responding to delays or unexpected events.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and proper equipment usage.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
