Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

1. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, delineating timelines, resources, and milestones.

Resource Allocation:

1. Efficiently manage and allocate resources to ensure timely project execution within budget constraints.
2. Work closely with production teams to streamline workflow and meet project specifications.

Budget Management:

1. Create project budgets and uphold adherence to financial parameters.
2. Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as required.

Quality Assurance:

1. Establish and uphold rigorous quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
2. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Communication:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
2. Address client concerns or alterations in project scope promptly and professionally.

Risk Management:

1. Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively implementing measures to mitigate issues.
2. Develop contingency plans to tackle unforeseen circumstances effectively.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and production staff.
2. Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.

Documentation:

1. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and client correspondence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Demonstrated experience in project management within industrial manufacturing or job shop environments.
3. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and project lifecycles.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
7. Experience in leadership and team management.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
