Storage Engineer (TS/SCI w/ poly is required)

We are looking for a Storage Engineer with cloud modernization experience to join our team.

• Configuration, maintenance and administration of a secure VMware environment.
• Configuration, maintenance and administration of a secure data protection environment using various backup technologies.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues in the environment.
• Provide guidance on performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning for servers and applications.
• Provide comprehensive monitoring and alerting configurations with ability to view environment state via operational dashboards.
• Plan and execute the migration of on-premises storage solutions to cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Design and implement cloud storage architectures that support data protection, disaster recovery, and high availability.

• 8+ years of IT experience is required.
• Must have a TS SCI w/ poly secret clearance.
• Computing Environment certification (CE).
• IAT/IAM Level II certification is required.
• Experience with VMware vSphere & IP based storage technologies.
• Expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their storage services (e.g., S3, EBS, Azure Blob Storage).
