Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Wellbore Integrity Solutions was established by industry veterans with extensive experience in the wellbore integrity (Fishing & Remedial) market space and global operating experience in oilfield services, manufacturing and E&P. Through the assets and technologies WIS acquires, we will provide wellsite services aimed at optimizing and extending the life of oil, gas and geothermal wells. These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate more than one type of CNC Machine. MAZAK ST450 LATHE- program machine using Mazatrol software on the machine control. Use manual functions to improve run times and reduce non-value time.
• Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.
• Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.
• Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.
• Load and unload material and align material to specs.
• Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with machines controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN and or Siemens. Proficient in one and adaptable to in-house control.
• Edit program as needed to achieve conformant machined components.
• Maintain traceability of machined components.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Follow company regulations for a safe and healthy workspace.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Mazatrol conversational controls is preferred.
• Experience with drill pipe and drilling components is also preferred.
• Ability to make minor offsets to tooling to keep tolerances.
• Ability to read prints and measuring equipment to a .001’’ tolerance.
• Punctual, well organized and focused.
