Brooksource is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer! Our client is looking for someone who can support development on a team for high-priority health insurance application while driving the enhancement of their digital presence. Your efforts will be focused around directly enhancing the customer experience for Medicare and Medicaid members on both web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to development best practices, while ensuring the highest quality of our digital products. This team utilizes a variety of languages for both web and mobile (React Native, VueJS, NodeJS, .Net, TypeScript, and Java). You will also be expected to have an understanding of digital assets management, automation, AI/ML best practices, and CI/CD deployment. This role requires proficiency in both web and mobile development.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using React Native, VueJS, NodeJS, .NET, TypeScript, and Java.

Implement and manage digital asset management solutions to ensure secure and efficient handling of digital content.

Drive automation processes to enhance development efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Apply AI/ML best practices to improve application functionalities and user experience.

Oversee the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and reliable deployment of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set timelines, and deliver high-quality products.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a full stack engineer with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in web and mobile development.

Expert knowledge of React Native, VueJS, NodeJS, .NET, TypeScript, and Java.

Demonstrated understanding of digital assets management within an enterprise setting.

Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts with practical implementation experience.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar for automated deployments.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of security best practices in software development.
