Job DescriptionAn employer in the Telecom Industry is looking for a mid to senior Remote UX Researcher to support their team. The role will be much more qualitative, but the Researcher still needs to be able to work with and qualify quantitative data/research to create meaningful insights. This group supports internal products that agents in call centers utilize. This person will need to have in depth understanding of workflows and how to look at/work through them. They will conduct observational research, iteration research such as testing, conduct interviews and one on ones with agents, to paint the picture of what is going on at a high level.
