About the team: When working manually, KYC analysts often face having to gather a large volume of information to onboard and assess financial counterparties. Unfortunately, this type of KYC research often distracts from the main priority when dealing with counterparties - determining financial risk. Bankers Almanac Counterparty KYC is the look-up tool that can help your KYC analysts efficiently research both new and existing counterparties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java 17 and Angular. Design, implement, and manage scalable applications hosted on AWS Cloud.
- Integrate and manage Elasticsearch databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Architect and develop microservices to enhance application modularity and scalability.
- Create simple and effective solution designs to address complex problems.
- Work within an Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Java Developer with an understanding of Java 11 and above.
- Proficiency in front-end development using Angular or React.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services and deployment.
- Current knowledge of Elasticsearch for database management and expertise in microservices architecture and related technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
