Ads Measurement's mission is to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok across all of their paid channels. The team is working on a variety of products end-to-end, including brand lift, conversion lift, cross-media measurement, viewability, invalid traffic, etc., as well as various new innovative features including privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).

As a Frontend Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will build scalable tech foundations, launch various products, and provide the best user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok measurement related products.
  2. Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Optimize the performance of internal and external-facing platforms and tools.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical fields.
  2. 2+ years of working experience and proficiency in Javascript ES5 or later, CSS, and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue.
  3. Collaborative mindset, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus.

Compensation Description (annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
