Job Description
Project Management: Oversee and manage the construction of the RV resort, ensuring adherence to engineering plans and project timelines. Coordinate with construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with the Civil engineering firm to challenge and refine construction designs, ensuring they meet both the County of San Bernardino’s design criteria andproject efficiency goals.
Permitting and Compliance: Lead negotiations with the local electric utility, Imperial Irrigation District, to secure necessary agreements and approvals. Work with the County of San Bernardino to obtain building permits and ensure compliance with all relevant county regulations. Engage with state agencies for the approval and management of community water systems and sewer systems.
Value Engineering: Contribute to the value engineering process by analyzing and suggesting improvements to the project design, aiming to optimize cost, quality, and functionality. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are practical, efficient, and meet regulatory requirements.
Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including senior management, contractors, and government agencies. Provide detailed project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk management assessments.

- Workweek: Work is done from Sunday – Saturday. / Workweek will be Monday-Friday. / Assigned to 1 shift - Morning shifts between the hours of 7am-6pm / He/she would work 8-9 hr days in between the hours above, meaning they could start at 7am-4pm or work 8-6

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, preferably in the real estate industry. Licenses: Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, or equivalent certification recognized in the U.S.

Is the worker required to supervise other workers? Yes, 5 – 10 workers, at least 3-5 direct reports.
