Our client is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be part of the Electrical Department, supporting construction, maintenance, and repair activities for electric power and lighting systems in plant and product buildings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Oregon, WI

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Directly supervise employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

  • Plan wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures.

  • Inspect wiring and fixtures for conformance to specifications and codes.

  • Interpret production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.

  • Establish work procedures to meet production schedules.

What’s Needed?

  • State of Wisconsin Master Electrician License is required .

  • Willingness to work overtime, as needed.
