Summary of Duties:
- Work with store and customer experience associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in-person shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop solutions for CarMax Auto Finance’s loan origination system (ARGO).
- Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering (any), Statistics, or a related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Serving as a software developer working with product teams; Programming languages/platforms (Windows Forms, C#, .NET, .NET Core, Azure, HTML5, CSSS3, JavaScript, cloud-based SaaS, and/or PaaS solutions); ARGO database schema and relational databases (MS and SQL server); ARGO LOS and ADE design concepts; API design and integration; Working with 3rd party vendors, specifically ARGO and their managed code bases, services and configurations; Working with the Genesys Telephony platform and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, Windows Services and Winform applications; Voltage PII Data Encryption; Microsoft SQL Server Scripting and Data Models; ICELIB; Electronic File Transfer (EFT); Python; JavaScript Frameworks (ReactJS); Data Storage Solutions (MSSQL & Teradata); Reusable Code and Libraries; Data Migration and Scripting; Ping Authentication/Authorization; Security Compliance; and Unit and Integration Testing.
