EX.CO is looking for a Lead Solution Engineer who will become an integral part of our implementation team, taking on various responsibilities to recommend integration architectures and solve complex technical and system integration issues. Your primary focus will be designing and driving complex integrations and ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions for clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Long story short, you will:

• Manage a team of implementation managers.
• Design and propose innovative solutions that leverage our products and services to address client needs.
• Lead and participate in client-facing calls for top-tier accounts - starting with the initial implementation discussions and ensuring they are stable and profitable.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
• Work in collaboration with the Prodev team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, technical environment with autonomy.
• Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

It would be awesome if you have:

• 2 + years of experience in team management, including hiring and development
• 4+ years experience in JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies - Must
• Experience in building strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using browser developer tools for debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
• Experience with ad tech (VAST, VPAID, Prebid.JS, GAM)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely
• Self-driven, self-managed, loves challenges and learning

The pay range for this position in New York is $150,000 - $160,000
