What you will do

• Lead the design of distributed software systems for Robotic Warehouse Systems in real-time constrained environments
• Develop solutions for multiagent path finding and optimize heuristics to account for real-world factors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and provide technical support
• Mentor and guide junior team members

What you'll need

• 15+ years of professional experience in software development with C#/Java/C++
• Expertise in classical algorithms and data structures
• Background in distributed software development and scripting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
