- Civil Project Engineer – 1 to 5 years of experience
- Civil Project Engineer – 5+ years of experience
As a Civil Project Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with a talented team of surveyors, designers, landscape architects, and fellow civil engineers to develop visionary master plans.
- Produce full construction documents for various land development projects in eastern NC/SC.
- Design site layouts, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater detention/retention, storm drainage, water and sewer systems, roadway improvements, pump stations, and force mains.
- Prepare and represent design calculations and reports for permitting.
- Ensure accurate project delivery phases with technical quality.
- Create presentation materials and support project meetings.
- Engage with municipal entities, adhering to zoning regulations and submission prerequisites.
- Translate client visions into compelling and functional projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- FE Certificate or PE license is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Civil 3D, Carlson, Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrographs, WaterCad, AutoTURN, and Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to professionally convey design concepts.
- Strong collaboration skills with clients and colleagues at all levels.
