Architectural Designer

We are seeking a Project Architect or Architectural Designer  with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role will focus on commercial and retail projects, working on retail prototypes and rollouts across multiple locations nationwide. The ideal candidate has strong design and technical skills and is capable of leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of execution and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop retail designs and oversee rollouts, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Lead the production of construction documents in Revit and manage the project through all phases of development.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining a high level of design integrity.
• Stay informed about retail trends and design innovations, applying them to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, ideally with retail or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
• Experience in retail prototypes or nationwide rollouts is preferred.
