Are you a Engineering Manager with a passion for leading high-performing teams and building scalable, robust back-end systems? We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic engineering team and drive innovation in our product development.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient back-end solutions.
• Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Technology Stack: Leverage your expertise in back-end technologies such as Laravel, PHP, Golang, React, HTML, CSS, C+, and Next.js to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Infrastructure: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our back-end systems.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing effective solutions to optimize performance and maintain system stability.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Laravel, PHP, Golang, and experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, C+, Next.js) is a plus.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Golang Experience: Experience working with Golang is a significant advantage.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and experience with Kafka is a plus.
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness to be hands-on when necessary, while maintaining a focus on team leadership.
