What You'll Do:
- Design and manage land development projects from initial concept to final approval
- Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and local agencies to bring projects to life
- Ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and support staff
What We're Looking For:
- PE license with 5 years of land development experience
- Strong background in site design, grading, drainage, and utility planning
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
