Job Description
This role is seeking a JavaScript developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React and/or Angular, profiling and improving front-end performance, and documenting our front-end codebase. A top-class UI developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills and Experience
Must have skill set: React, Next.js, Typescript, REST and SOAP endpoint, and Wordpress/similar CMS integration.
Nice to have: Angular, Vue, PHP, Node, GraphQL, JQuery, CSS, Splunk, and .NET understanding.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strong/proven management skills.
- Ability to assess and evaluate emerging technologies against strategic business needs.
- Provides strong leadership through mentoring and career development.
- Proven understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including web development and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong services-oriented architecture experience.
- Ability to lead multiple sub-teams through example and persuasion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain applicable industry knowledge.
- Ability to stay up to date on industry trends and foresee industry direction.
Techstack
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Atlassian tools, VSCode, unit testing, and ADA/accessibility web standards.
Proficient with GitHub and TFS.
Experience with Composer, webpack, gulp.
