Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Turbo Service Solutions Support. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the effective utilization of our Service Relationship Management (SRM) system, ensuring smooth service operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SRM processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential Duties:

  • Effectively use the SRM System to manage and coordinate service-related activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to input and retrieve relevant data from the SRM system
  • Ensure adherence to the SRM best practices and process workflows
  • Accurately input and update service-related information into the SRM System
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure completeness and accuracy of service records
  • Acts as a liaison between service teams, utilizing the SRM system to facilitate communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their SRM system needs and provide user support as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members to streamline service processes
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in using the SRM system
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing insignts and best practices for SRM system usage
  • Contribute to the development of user documentation and training materials
  • Provide feedback on SRM system functionality and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT team and administrators to implement enhancements or customizations
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in SRM technology
  • Address and resolve user issues related to the SRM system promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Support Team to escalate and resolve technical challenges
  • Contribute to a positive user experience by providing timely end effective support.
  • Completes other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
  • Required: Proven experience as a user of SRM systems or similar service management platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or service operations role
  • Basic understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools.

Education Requirements:
  • Required: High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
  • Additional education or certification in a related field is a plus

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

This job operates in a physical office environment and is largely a sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position has an assigned work shift of 8:00-5:00
