Our Impact:

Our team supports multiple critical financial functions across the Freddie Mac enterprise including Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Accounts Receivable/Billing business areas.

Your Impact:

This position is responsible for providing Workday technical support. The position will collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements, translating them into technology solutions. Perform solution assessments across Workday integration technologies. Advise on Workday API capabilities/limitations and supported authentication methods. Design and build complex, scalable integrations using the suite of Workday Integration technologies (Reports-as-a-Service, EIB, Document Transformation, Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services API, and Workday REST API). Thoroughly unit test integrations creating/executing appropriate test scripts, coordinating testing resources, and documenting cases. Analyze the current integration landscape to identify and address technical debt as it relates to functionality, performance, error handling, and scalability. Design and implement robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure appropriate logging and alerting. Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, regression test, and provide resolutions. Provide technical support to business partner configuration team. Evaluate change requests and communicate their impacts to project timeline and budget. Maintain design specifications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday’s integration tools (i.e., Reports-as-a-Service, Enterprise Interface Builder, Document Transformation, Connectors, Workday Studio, or similar)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 7+ years extensive experience working with Workday Financials.
• Workday Pro certifications in Integration Administration/WD Studio.
• Strong experience using XSLT to transform XML data from Workday reports and WS responses.
• Strong experience using industry-standard web services technology, which encompass WSDL, SOAP, REST, and the WS-* standards.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $116,000 - $174,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
