Pay: $ 20.00 - $ 24.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Machining: Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to machine parts from shop drawings, ensuring high accuracy and quality.
- Programming Skills: Program CNC machines using "G" code on Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls (experience with all controls is not required, but proficiency in at least one is preferred).
- Tight Tolerances: Maintain tolerances within .0005" to meet quality standards.
- Measure & Inspect: Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges to ensure part accuracy.
- Safety & Reliability: Work safely in a heavy industrial environment and consistently show up on time every day.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining/manufacturing preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience operating and programming CNC lathes and mills based on shop drawings.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret machining drawings accurately. Strong proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work every day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of handling manual tasks in a heavy industrial setting.
