Baltimore based Electrical contractor is looking for an Project Manager for their residential division. The Project Manager will manage residential electrical projects throughout the Baltimore area.
Electrical Project Manager Requirements

• 10 years of residential experience
• Hard working and motivated individual
• Organized and thorough individual
• Respectful towards others
• Must be up to date on Residential code ( 2020 code )
• Must be able to read Blue Prints
• Must be able to mark houses off in the field for employees
• Capable of running anywhere from 4 to 6 different jobsites
• Must be able to put a schedule together for all employees a week in advance
• Must be able to use desktop/ipad
• Manage and schedule piece crews
