Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior UX Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. We offer an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in navigating complex and unstructured datasets, proficient in querying languages such as SQL, KQL, or Python, and possessing a strong background in driving, organizing, and delivering quant UX Research.

In this role you will:

• Analyze various datasets in Azure to identify user behavior and business opportunities in collaboration with Quantitative and Qualitative UX researchers.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and PMs to discuss findings and surface the best opportunities.
• Investigate telemetry questions related to product and user behavior.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to help researchers understand customer behavior.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience driving, organizing, and delivering quant UX Research.
• 3+ years of experience in Query Language (SQL, KQL, or Python).
