In this position, you will lead multiple engineers in designing, reviewing, and winning new structures work. This is a key leadership position at RailPros that will interface with project managers and technical discipline managers. Your primary responsibilities are to lead structures work, provide technical leadership, develop new business, and ensure the adherence and implementation of the RailPros Quality Program.
