Every time you walk into a building, see your favorite team play, or go to the gym, you’re benefiting from the work of an invisible army of 3 million people who keep everything running smoothly. These are the people who day in and day out work to make sure our world doesn’t fall apart.
Why It Matters
This industry is broken. In 2024, these folks are still relying on spreadsheets, post-it notes, endless email chains, and clunky software that feels like it was built in 2005. They deserve better. We’re here to change the game by creating tools that match the level of work they do.
Your Contribution
As our Founding Product Designer , you’ll have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reinvent a crucial industry. You’ll be the first designer at NodaFi, playing a critical role in shaping not just the product, but the future of design in our company and the industry as a whole. Your work will directly impact how millions of people operate in the real world:
- Design Strategist : You’ll help define our product vision and create a seamless experience across the entire platform, balancing long-term design goals with the immediate needs of a fast-moving startup.
- User Advocate : You’ll lead user research and testing, gaining deep insights into customer needs to shape intuitive solutions.
- Builder : You’ll design everything from scratch—from product interfaces to branding—laying the foundation for our design systems and processes that will scale with the company.
