Helvex USA is seeking a dynamic Product Engineer / Product Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX!
This role will play a key part in the development and launch of innovative products that meet market demands and align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle—from research and development to commercialization and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design & Development: Collaborate with design and R&D teams to create, modify, and optimize innovative construction materials and products for both the U.S. and Mexican markets.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage end-to-end construction projects, including timelines, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
- On-Site Oversight & Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure proper installation and adherence to specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
- Client Engagement & Business Development: Conduct market research, engage with current and potential clients, and drive business development efforts to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product development and market alignment.
- Sales Support & Training: Provide technical sales support and ongoing product training to sales and technical teams.
- Cost & Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes, manage project budgets, and work on marketing materials to ensure cost efficiency and product-market fit.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of product development experience, preferably in bathroom or kitchen fixtures.
- Certification: Product Management certification (CPM) is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Sketch, and Figma, and development knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Languages: proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus!
