Job Requirements / Description

We are looking for a Lead Developer who has managed a team of developers for web and/or mobile, preferably with both frontend and backend experience. As a lead developer, you will work directly with our customer partners to help build their products by leading a team of internal engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the requirements and propose best possible solutions across the entire project.
  • Design APIs for app functionality and better user performance.
  • Follow standard coding practices when writing code.
  • Provide support during the entire application development process.
  • Troubleshoot and debug apps before handing it over to testers for better performance.
  • Research and propose new apps and products.
  • Update the apps according to latest technology trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working as a lead.
  • Portfolio of successfully released applications.
  • Proficient in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies similar to React, Node, Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, AWS, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to constantly innovate the design and functionality of apps.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent managerial skills and strong work ethics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S. (we do not currently sponsor employment visas).
