The Opportunity-
Join our dynamic Preconstruction Team as a Project Engineer and become the linchpin of our project bidding process! In this pivotal role, you'll actively engage with subcontractors, ensuring they receive and respond to bid proposals efficiently. You’ll support the team by managing and distributing plans and specifications, handling all printing and organizational needs, and managing the company database.
Your role will also involve leveraging our advanced database software (ISQFT) to set up and expand project bidding processes, while meticulously maintaining and updating subcontractor qualifications and prequalification data. If you thrive on coordinating details, ensuring bid coverage, and keeping everything running smoothly, this is your chance to make a significant impact on our projects in the preconstruction department!

What You Will Do-
- Identify new projects to bid on
- Forward prospective projects to the proposal team
- Attend pre-bid and bid/no-bid meetings
- Build bid projects in Procore and send invitations to bid
- Receive and post subcontractor bids in the sub-bid folder
- Complete HUB plans
- Issue letters of intent to subcontractors
