RF Front End Module Design Engineer

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs, Power Amplifiers and Modules for Mobile, WIFI, 5G Infrastructure and IoT (Internet of Things) markets. They have a need for an RF Front End Module Design Engineer , based in Irvine CA (Also Boston MA or Ottawa CN).

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate PAs, Switches, Filters and other front end ICs onto laminate.
2. Utilize Cadence simulation tools and EM simulation.
3. Conduct RF Test for Design, including Load Pull and measuring other PA parameters.

Qualifications:

1. BSEE or higher degree.
2. 3 to 10+ years of RF Front End Module Design experience.
