The Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience with Dynamics Finance operations (Dynamics AX) experience working with Dual Write, performance or upgrades.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• 3 years experience analyzing SQL queries and query plans.

Preferred Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong experience with Dynamics Finance Operations (Dynamics AX), customer service skills, and SQL query analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and meet performance indicators.
