- Providing engineering solutions
- Developing client relationships

- Mentoring junior engineers and staying up to date with industry advancements
Applicants should have:
- A degree in engineering
- 6-8 years of local experience in structural engineering design and proficiency in relevant materials and design codes
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with engineering software programs such as ETABS, RAM Concept, Spacegass, RFEM, and RAPT
