DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a contract metalworking (metal stamping, machining, automated assembly) environment preferred
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is required.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop, design, and implement efficient assembly processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into the manufacturing environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, drawings, 3D CAD models, process flow charts, visual standards, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to develop and refine machining strategies for improved productivity and quality.
• Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication of manufacturing requirements.
