The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a LRD Electronics Technician 2 , working in Sales/Marketing industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States .

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronic circuits and equipment.
• Operate a soldering and rework station.
• Train associate technicians on the repair and operation of electronic equipment.
• Lead a team, organize and oversee projects.
• Perform electronic component replacement.
• Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces.
• Load operating system software on computers, mobile devices and update firmware as required.
• Update IP addresses and navigate enterprise software systems.
• Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.
• Repair mobile electronic devices such as tablet and handheld devices.
• Work within a team environment and use effective communication.
• Communicate with customers regarding the proper use of equipment and diagnose service issues.
• Utilize company email system to send and receive messages.
• Complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.
• Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
