As a Lead User Experience Designer, you will shape the overall vision, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives to create the design vision and project deliverables from rough sketches to working prototypes. This includes participating in everything from defining overall product strategy and vision with the client, down to the creation of atomic-level designs in addition to acting as a champion of inclusive design in support of ongoing customer needs.
What you will do:
- Engage with clients and other members of the business in translating business needs into user experiences.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across features and applications.
- Create, maintain, and contribute to a design system.
- Define interaction models, task flows, and user interface specifications utilizing established design patterns.
- Understand and implement accessibility best practices, patterns, and testing.
- Conduct feature level design and support multiple scrum teams as needed.
- Help ensure effective UX Designer and Software Developer collaboration such as promoting iterative practices and using Lean UX methods.
- Provide feedback to align patterns and priorities.
- Analyze user and client feedback and iterating existing products to enhance the user experience.
- Conduct and lead user research and integrate findings back into the UX design.

What you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working as a UX Designer.
- Experience creating prototypes, specifications, and other design artifacts.
- Experience designing UX for enterprise applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Experience conducting user research.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience creating user experiences that are accessible and/or Section 508 compliant.
- Experience applying Lean UX practices.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to create customer experiences across a range of touch-points as well as proficiency in UI and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Miro, Mural or similar.

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000.
