Controls Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will program using Allen Bradley, Compact Logix, and ControlLogix
• Will communicate with internal (applications, panel building, engineering, sales) and potentially external customers to resolve issues. Issues could be a hardware or software/programming issue
• Discuss service and warranty issues
• Support help desk activities
• Create, modify, test screens for HMI’s
• Set up, modify, use and test drives, servos, networks
• Maintain paperwork and data files
• Commissioning and validation of new equipment

MUST HAVE:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering (Preferably EE, EET)
• 5+ YOE in a controls/automation role
• Ability to write programs using Allen Bradley/Rockwell software, and the ability to troubleshoot existing code
• Experience with HMI development

TERMS: This is a direct hire position that pays up to $100,000/year. This position also comes with PTO, Health/Dental, Vision, and other benefits.
