Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
• Monitor project expenses and expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead or participate in project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Oversee the commissioning and testing of new equipment and systems, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, helping to overcome technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Document project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Previous experience in project management or engineering roles within the food manufacturing or bakery industry is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of bakery equipment and systems, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to food manufacturing facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
