Apple's Worldwide Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced instructional designer who is passionate about educational technology and is committed to creating transformative experiences for learners worldwide, as well as able to identify and align products and services in meaningful ways to bring value to educators and institutions.
Description
Collaborate closely with worldwide educational leads across product marketing, sales, digital platform, creativity apps/iWork, and advocacy teams to support and sustain professional learning for educators at scale. Support and engage in cross-functional work across all of Apple’s professional learning offerings, products, and services for educators in order to assure coherence and consistency. Continued development and maintenance of content and supplementary resources on the Apple Education Community platform across all languages and regions. Ensure the program is consistently up to date with product, brand and educational advancements. Identify and develop a strategic plan to amplify partnerships and standards alignments for the program-regionally and globally. Ability to work in virtual, remote, and in-person settings. At times, you’ll need to be available outside regular working hours to meet the needs of global partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in instructional design/technology, education, educational technology, or relevant equivalent.
- 5+ years in K-Higher education teaching, coaching or leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional or learning experience design (LXD) with a focus on K-12 or Higher Education learners or educators.
- Proficiency in using Apple hardware and software for productivity, creative projects and instructional design.

- Deep knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
- Ability to plan and lead small and large team sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects and maintain work streams and deliverables across various global teams and platforms.
- Ability to quickly use and incorporate new software, apps and technologies as required by the role.
- Superb writing and copy editing skills.
Additional Requirements
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
