Structural Project Engineer V

Job Title: Structural Project Engineer V

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Responsibilities:

1. Perform structure design and analysis for public/private clients.
2. Design gravity and lateral systems of buildings, industrial structures, and excavation shoring systems.
3. Work on transportation infrastructure design using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
4. Conduct structural analysis and design of:
1. Steel
2. Concrete
3. Wood
4. Light gauge
5. Masonry structures using ETABS, RAM, RISA3D, and other finite element analysis software.
5. Perform research, fieldwork and evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to structural design.
6. Possess in-depth knowledge of:
1. The International Building Code
2. ASCE 7
3. Structural steel code AISC360
4. Reinforced concrete code ACI318
7. Prepare reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
8. Provide engineering services prior to and during construction, including:
1. Cost estimates
2. Review of submittals
3. Response to RFIs
4. Site inspection

Qualifications:

Washington State PE license in civil/structural is required.

Pay: $135K
