We’re looking for a Java Tech Lead / Sr. Developer to help build and maintain Spring-based Java back-end applications, AngularJS, and ExtJS web applications, along with corresponding database processes. The candidate should be able to set standards and provide guidance to other developers in the team, prepare designs, suggest alternate solutions, and track them to implementation.
This position requires proficiency and experience in core Java and the Spring framework, along with web development experience in AngularJS and ExtJS. Exposure to or experience in the BFS domain and AWS technology would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills and the right attitude are necessary.
Requirements:
- Very strong core Java skills – Collections, Multi-Threading, Design patterns, OOP concepts.
- Strong skills in the Spring framework.
- Must be a hands-on person.
- Thorough knowledge of JUnit and/or Mockito.
- Tools: JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Source Tree, IntelliJ, STS, Eclipse, Maven.
- Well-versed in agile methodology.
- Should have working knowledge of web services, Java 7/8.
- Ability to design frameworks and participate in design discussions with client architects.
