Punchh Engineer

Our client provides customer loyalty and engagement solutions through the Punchh platform. We're looking for a Punchh Engineer to enhance and support our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain Punchh platform features.
• Integration: Implement and optimize APIs; assist with client integrations.
• Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Optimization: Monitor performance, identify improvements, and optimize code.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and document technical processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in software development, focusing on platform engineering and integrations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript; experience with APIs (RESTful, SOAP); knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases; familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for resolving technical issues.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication.
