Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
Perform Bad Actor Analysis
Perform Criticality Assessment
Ability to conduct reliability workshops with all stakeholders - Review, approve and coach others on reliability deliverables.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Optimization techniques and methodologies
Create/Validate PM Plans and Task list.
Identify appropriate spares to tie to task list.
Knowledge about PM Structure and Work Management process
Data & Analytics - Data driven decisions.
