E-commerce Data Entry Specialist

Job Description
- E-commerce experience a MUST
- Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
- Process orders and enter them into our accounting system
- Upload products to Channel Advisors
- List products on website (Woo Commerce)
- Review listing
- Confirm pricing
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through careful review and verification
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Assist with CRM

Requirements
- Worked with E-commerce platforms
- Previous experience in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of listing products on website (Woo Commerce a PLUS)
- Knowledge of Channel Advisors a PLUS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for data analysis and calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
