My client are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to support the development and construction of town home and city home projects. The Project Engineer will assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing town home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of construction, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, providing updates to the project management team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any project-related issues.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols on the construction site.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Support the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and timely project completion.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or industry equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction site best practices.
