POSITION
In this role, the Designer helps translate conceptual designs and ideas by using AutoDesk Plant3D software to create technical drawings for industrial projects within the company. These responsibilities include:
Modeling of industrial processes, including piping, valves, pumps, tanks, and other appurtenances related to the process.
Creating detailed technical drawings based on sketches, specifications, and other input provided by engineers and/or clients.
Translating concepts and ideas into precise, accurate drawings and models using CAD software
Prepare drawings for review, bidding, and construction purposes.
Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design requirements and specifications are met and communicated effectively.
Gathering, interpreting, and incorporating design development comments from project engineers via redlines.
Review drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry and company standards and project requirements.

YOUR STRENGTHS
Associate or Technical degree in Drafting or CAD Technology preferred
Experience with AutoDesk Revit a plus
Experience with AutoDesk Revit a plus
5+ years of design experience within Plant3D
Strong technical design skills
Knowledge of design principles and standards
Understanding of survey data post processing into surfaces or TINs
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
