The Qualification Services Automation Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring that our products, processes, and systems meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This position is part of the Qualification Services Team and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into existing or new processes.
2. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities on current and new products (DeltaV, PlantPAx, AVEVA, Chronicle, etc).
3. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of automation projects.
4. Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines.
5. Ensure systems comply with industry regulations and standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
2. 5+ years of experience.
3. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
4. Proven experience in designing, qualification engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role within a regulated industry.
5. Training or certification in DeltaV, PlantPAx, and/or AVEVA system administration.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO, and cGMP.
2. Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Verification).
3. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to process automation.
4. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
