Senior Full Stack Engineer / React, Node, Typescript

Are you a fullstack engineer eager to make a meaningful impact? My client is seeking a founding fullstack engineer to help shape the future of AI-powered products, impacting millions of users. As a key member of a fast-growing, mission-driven team, you'll have the opportunity to build innovative AI-detection and verification tools from the ground up. You'll work closely with machine learning, design, and business teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Develop AI-powered web applications from scratch using React, Node, and Tailwind.
• Build secure, scalable APIs and robust authentication/payment flows using Node.js, SQL, and AWS infrastructure.
• Shape the product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ML, design, and business.
• Improve conversion funnels through data-driven insights, user research, and cutting-edge analytics.
• Engage with users across academia, publishing, marketing, and more to deeply understand their needs.
• Ensure software quality with comprehensive testing, monitoring, and code reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Typescript).
• 3+ years of experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, or text search).
• Experience leading end-to-end development, from backend to UI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to wear multiple hats in a growing team.
• A drive to make a positive societal impact through responsible AI.
• U.S. work eligibility is required.
