We need a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead and scale our global engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions while driving operational excellence and fostering leadership development across the organization. This role will primarily focus on Pattern’s Predict product, a key component of our PXM platform designed to accelerate our brands’ ecommerce performance.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

- Experience managing large teams of 20+ engineers, with a strong emphasis on scaling teams, ensuring quality, and driving operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with global teams, including oversight of offshore development teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and geographies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, architecture, software development lifecycle, and maintaining quality in applications.
