The Expertise You Have:

1. Expert in core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot
2. Proficient in databases and SQL
3. Understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as ECS and Docker
4. Experience working with version control systems like GIT
5. Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services such as SNS and SQS
6. An understanding of microservice architectures and twelve factor app patterns
7. Ability to build reliable software that can withstand unreliable environments
8. Unit and integration test automation using Junit and spring boot test framework
9. Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins

The Skills You Bring:

1. A solid foundation in software engineering with a bachelor's degree + preferred, 10 years' experience
2. Possess critical thinking skills to build end-to-end solutions
3. Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks
4. Work well in both a small agile team and independently, having a strong user focus
5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
6. Participate in engineering practices such as code and design reviews, environment strategy, and build and deployment pipeline
