Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack
You will join an organization that partners with companies to help unlock the potential of AI for their specific goals and helps them evolve together with the technology. They are built to help large organizations that are looking to lean into AI in a thoughtful way. They offer a software platform that helps companies adopt AI-based models and applications in a productive, cost-effective, and secure manner. They have received funding from top-tier VC firms and will release their first product later this year.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of technical architecture
- Ship end-to-end product features
- Collaborate with other engineers to scope product requirements and write technical specifications
- Be results-driven to consistently deliver software improvements to our users
- Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
- Lend your technical expertise to unblock and invest in other engineers on your team
Required Skillsets
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably at least 1 year at a seed, Series A, or Series B company
- Experience in frontend technologies like ReactJS, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS
- Experience in backend technologies like NestJS, NodeJS, Python, GraphQL, RestAPIs
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB
- Our current stack is AWS, EKS, ReactJS, NestJS, GraphQL, Postgres, Hashicorp Vault, Python, Golang, AWS Sagemaker
Desired Skillsets
- Experience building a Chrome extension
- Experience launching and scaling a product and owned it from inception to business impact
- Experience as Staff or Principal level engineer for 2+ years
Location: Palo Alto, CA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: 185k - 250k base (DOE)
